The Academy is a centre for discussion, and reflection on topics ranging form education, current politics and environmental awareness, to matters concerning youth, unemployment, the elderly or the disabled.

There are: a lecture hall, group rooms, social rooms, a chapel, a library and reading rooms. In the guesthouse are a large room for more than 200 persons as well as more meeting rooms.

A modern technology enables the participants to make up-to-date presentations. There are also translation possibilities

We can provide, for bigger events, 20 more beds in close houses. A few rooms are equipped for disable people

The dinning room can welcome 140 persons.

The Academy organises conferences, colloquia, symposia and seminars where all who are interested may attend. Through these media, it establishes a dialogue between people from different walks of life, different backgrounds, different fields of activity. It acts as a meeting point for people from different groupings, organisations and institutions which, share in the definition, management and solution of problems at different levels and with different know-how. It offers a platform for personal encounter, exchange of information, for the discussion of controversial views, and for joint thinking and working.
