Conference Facilities	The House Accommodates up to 52 people (8 single rooms, 12 twin rooms, 5 four-bed family rooms) Can accommodate groups of up to 25 people in individual rooms if single occupancy is preferred Full disabled access throughout to ground floor bedrooms and all meeting and dining facilities Two meeting rooms, a main lounge, a small lounge, as well as a small quiet room Playroom, suitable for pre-school children, adjoins the main lounge Dining room for up to 80 people Suitable for conferences of up to 80 people with 52 residential participants The House can also be offered as two separate units, with the Rathlin bedroom wing accommodating up to 28 people and the Fairhead wing up to 24. In a shared House booking, each group has the use of one meeting room and dining facilities are shared. The Village Built in four wings around an enclosed courtyard Can accommodate up to 34 people Most rooms are bunk-bedded with three twin-bedded rooms Booked for single occupancy, accommodates up to 17 people Has a main lounge for meetings Playroom, can be adapted as a second meeting or seminar room Dining facilities for up to 40 people One bedroom wing has full disabled access with bathroom and shower facilities and all meeting and dining facilities are completely accessible The Cottages Accommodate up to 24 people Consist of four linked chalets, with three bunk-bedded rooms each Ideally suited for small youth and school groups the chalets facilitate separation of male and female bedrooms The Cottages are also a self-contained unit with their own meeting and dining facilities in an adjoining block beside the bedroom

Conference Facilities	The Conference hall and dining room can each accommodate 80 people. Several other meeting rooms, lounges and small group rooms offer accommodation to suit the requirements of different guests. Available equipment includes flipcharts, screens, TV & video, Hi-fi, OHP and PowerPoint.

Accommodation	There are 18 single bedrooms and 7 twin bedrooms with bathroom facilities close at hand. The dining room can seat a maximum of 40, and our food is home-made using local, fresh produce (including from our own kitchen garden) wherever possible.
